We think this is a Cryo Trap and Gate.
This unit was attached to a Varian M4 #0187 Duffusion Pump. It may have been part of a Sputter system at one time.
Technics EMS Model ETAII with gate.
The bottom opening is 5.25" across and the top is 6".
The label reads 110V at 1/8A though we do not see a way to power.
