The TruMix's fast, effective mixing motion gets the job done quickly and reliable, with excellent color integrity every time. The TruMix CM comes standard with a durable, spill reistant digital panel that provides a user friendly operator interface. Features:
* Automatic Clamping - The clamping mechanism automatically senses the height of the can, and will aplly the correct amount of pressure to the can based on this information. This eliminates crushed cans.
* Handles cans of all shapes and sizes - The TruMix CM has been designed to mix single pails from 1 to 5 gallon and cases of gallons, quarts or pints.
* Easy Loading- Loading the TruMix CM is safe and easy. A stainless steel loading platform with built in rollers allows slide in loading of even the heaviest pails, reducing operator strain and speeding up the process.
* Sliding door - The door slides upwards to open, providing easy loading from any direction, and ensuring the door will not interfere with a roll conveyor.
* Container monitoring software- Software continually monitors the condition of the can during the mix cycle. This is paritcularly beneficial when a weakened can is placed in the machine. The software automatically detects if the can is beginning to crush and immediately stops the machine.
* LCD operator display- Two lines of alphanumeric data that can be used by the operator to monitor the status of the machine during both a mix cycle and for diagnostic purposes.
* Life cycle monitoring software- This software records the number of cycles, the accumulative cycle time and the average mix time for each can size.
* Diagnostic software - Allows the operator to troubleshoot the machine's electrical/electronic system via the LCD display and keypad.
* Adjustable legs to level machine - The legs of the mixer are adjustable to allow leveling of the machine and help stabilize the machine during operation.
* Watertight pushbuttons- The buttons are designed for easy cleanup and extended life.
