Magnetometer / gauss meter with probe
This is a used Magnetic Instrumentation, Inc. magnetometer and Hall-Effect probe I purchased for a physics experiment a few years ago. It has been sitting in a storage cabinet (inside) since the experiment.

It's well worth looking at because it is a quality lab instrument. The Hall-Effect probe comes with a calibration sheet and the instrument itself has a calibration sticker dated 12/10/92. If you need high accuracy measurements, you'll want to have it calibrated, but the readings in the air seem to give a good reading for the earth's magnetic field.

I believe I paid well over $900 for this unit because the probe came separately.
