One(1) hand ratchet Greenlee 757 cable cutter.
Used and set in storage a long time, getting rust. All move smooth.
Cutter sections had no chips, cuts. Both blades look similar, seem never resharpened.
Black boot had some holes. There is a long fine crack at middle on insulation handle with sticker.
