MICRON Mass Flow Controller 15-pin Edge Adaptor Board. These were made by Micron for the MFCs used in their plant. Fits on the top of many MFCs and lets you use a 15 pin cable to control it.The last picture is to demonstrate how the adapter fits on a MFC, the MFC in the picture is not included.
