This is a unit of USED MARKET FORGE CONVECTION STEAM COOKER WITH
DUAL 6 GALLON TILT KETTLES, MODEL 3500 (STOCK # 10006).
The unit recently came to our warehouse, and it is in excellent condition. In our business,
we do handle hundreds of used equipment, but we rarely ever come across a used
equipment that is as clean as this unit. I personally have inspected every inch of this unit,
and everything looks as clean as it can be. All the safety tags, and warning labels are still on the item. The model number for the steamer part is 3500. The unit works with 120V, Single Phase, and Natural Gas. The serial number for the steamer section is M24G200A The steamer section measures 24"wide x 31"deep x 57"high.
The kettles are also in very good, very clean condition, with no signs of leak or rust at all. The model number for the kettles is DC-6, assuming these are 6 Gallon kettles each. The serial numbers for the kettles are 53331-7U-4422 and 53331-7U-4426. The overall dimensions for the kettle section is 36"wide x 33"deep x 72"high (including spraz nozzle) The MAWP for the kettles is 50p.s.i. at 298F.
