Nice Quiznos Sub Mr. Induction 4 burners cook top on the stainless steel cart with casters.
The unit has been tested and cleaned and is in excellent working condition.
Induction heating is very safe and efficient because it allows the heat to generate within the pot or pan and directly cook the food, instead of transferring the heat between the burner and the cookware. Once you remove the cookware from the burner, the heat transfer stops immediately, helping to prevent burns.
Each burner measures 12 1/2" x 13 3/8" and has it's own separate control that has two pre-heat and two hold settings.
The front cutting board measures 32" x 7 3/4", and there is an under shelf for storage.
