This is a USED Code 3 LP6000 lightbar center housing / dome aluminum mounting adapter plate that screws to the frame , the rotator that is mounted to it, the center clear dome and screws to attach the dome to the mount plate. I am including everything you see in the photo. You will have to provide the screws to mount it to your frame. These were mounted with self tapping screws but you can choose whatever you want to use.
The dome is clear but has a bit of yellowing from age and scuffs from bug strikes, etc.
The rotator is rotating at about 200 rpm by my guess, too fast to count. It runs smooth and is working well.
