This is a UNIT model 8160 mass flow controller, UNIT is now marketed by Celerity.

This Unit was functional and used in our test facility to run inert gases, not Hydrogen. It was used to demonstrate the tool function, features and throughput so we ran Argon & Nitrogen to mock process. We were not approved to run toxic or explosive gasses in out test facility.
