Concrete baluster railing 13 piece commercial mold set


Commercial quality concrete molds, strong and guaranteed for 100+ uses! Designed by an architect and product designer with several patents under his belt.
The History Stones molds baluster railing system will measure 37" tall to meet most residential code requiresments (check for your area). This railing system is a unique design which provides channels for you to add rebar reinforcement in the balusters and railing top and bottom pieces. This proprietary design cannot be found anywhere else and will help you to create a good secure and durable railing system.
Special features: Included in 13 Piece Mold Set:
4 Baluster Molds (make your work go much more quickly by pouring four balusters at a time) - finished piece measures: 27" x 6" 1/4"
(2 halves, counted as one mold) injection molded ABS plastic creates a smooth, nearly seamless casting, and is durable enough for commercial use. Bolts and wing nuts are included.
2 Piece Straight Railing mold - measurements for finished piece
Rail mold (with rebar channel) 35 3/4" x 9 3/4" x 4" thick
Cap: 36" long x 10 1/4" wide, 2" thickness
This two piece set has one mold with a rebar channel which is used for the bottom of the balusters and on the top, the second mold is to cap the top. Each piece is mortared together during assembly.
2 Piece Curved Railing Mold - Measurements: curved railing (with rebar channel) 39" x 9 1/4" x 4" thick, inside radius is 72"
2 Piece Railing Corner Mold - Finsihed piece measures: 15 1/2" x 15 1/2" 4" thick
