Remote head ink jet product label printer willett 3840+
Willett 3840 Plus Remote Head Ink Jet Product Label Printer with 18" by 96" long conveyor belt. Replacement cost is over $10,000.
As product moves along the conveyor belt, the ink-jet printer head above it prints labels on product and packages. This unit was previously used in a cleanroom environment for a medical supply manufacturer.

The print head is mount on a bar above the conveyor belt so it can be adjusted to the right place for the product running under it.
The power line conditioner shown above is included.
The image below shows the indicator lights as expected for the status at the time the image was taken.
In the view above, the print head is to the left. There is an sensor to the right that can see the passage of product and trigger the printing.

The ink area is not pristine but looks serviceable and as one would expect for a used unit.
