Store closing - selling some mixes and other commercial products.
These commercial sized bags each weigh 3.5 pounds. They are heavy duty mylar foil and do not allow moisture or air to penetrate, so freshness is not a problem. I've used these mixes for years without a single complaint or problem. A bag this size is said to make about 35 or more drinks, depending on the cup size and how accurately you measure. We have usually gotten about 35-36 16 ounce drinks from each bag, and that is using a little more mix per drink than the instructions on the bag call for.
The flavor of this bag is PUMPKIN SPICE. (Looks like the bag in the photo but a different flavor.) It has an expiration date of 5/02/2009. However, it came from a case of mix that I just received from my supplier in December, 2009, and that we used until we closed. I guarantee that it's not stale or in any way unfit or less than ideal quality!
