APOSTILLE CERTIFICATE for UK Document Legalisation
If you have been asked to get a UK document legalised with an Apostille Certificate for use abroad then this service will take all the hassle out of the process. Typical cases are UK University Degree certificates for foreign students or UK nationals seeking employment abroad. Many types of document can be legalised, you can get copies of Birth and Marriage certificates from General Register Office.

You will see from this that you can carry out the procedure yourself either in person at London or Milton Keynes or via their postal service. The fee is 28.80 plus postage if appropriate.

The above applies to most UK documents as long as they bear an original signature, seal or stamp from a UK public organisation or official. Additionally, we can legalise photocopies of certain types of documents as long as they have been certified by a practising UK Solicitor or Notary Public as being true photocopies. If you want to legalise a certified photocopy of a particular document you should also confirm with the end users of the document to ensure that a certified photocopy is acceptable to them.
On occasion it is appropriate to combine several documents under a single Apostille Certificate but they will then always have to be presented as a set. If this is the case an extra charge of 20 is added rather than having an Apostille Certificate on each separate document.
