I used this system for years to make and sort address labels for newsletters, bills, announcements, and birthday cards.
Includes 21 pocket sheets, one coversheet to allow the copies to print out unlined and clean, and a number of pages of detachable label sized cards.
Print the name and address on the cards. Sorting information such as birthdays or whatever can be typed on the back of the card. Then arrange the cards in the pockets. Photocopy onto self-sticking labels, and put on your mailings.
Use the pocket sheets to sort in whatever way suites you, from alphabetical to birthdays to zip codes.
