BROASTER MODEL 1800 GAS PRESSURE FRYER
This unit was inherited when we purchased our restaurant. The Control Panel is new, the gas valve & gaskets are new, and the power cord is new, all replaced within the last 6 months. Unit is working perfectly as of this listing, and description is as detailed as possible. Sorry the pic is sideways! I have 2 listed and they are right next to each other, so I wanted the pics separate... also, just to clarify- the unit is GAS, the panel runs on electricity. When the panel was replaced, they must have removed the plate with the model #, etc on it, so I don't have it. Just an FYI. Thanks!
