We are offering one USED 1996 Bil-Jax Workforce C. A. T. 23DC (CAT23, CAT 23, C. A. T. 23, BilJax, BillJax) Aerial Manlift.
You should have it inspected by a certified lift technician before using it.
The unit is all electric and it goes up, and comes down normally. (Maximum platform height is 23' 7".)
The on-board charger is functional and will plug into any 120v AC outlet.
It is easily manuverable from the ground, and according to the manual, it is semi easily loaded into a pickup truck by one person. These are neat little lifts.
You can also plug the lift into the wall to provide 120v AC in the basket for tools. This feature is present, but untested.
If outriggers were originally present, they are not included with this lift.
The original Owner's Manual is included.
