* Mercury vacuum press thermal foil machine combination
* Unit has 2 tables 49 " x 49" linked together with a usable platen dimension of 46" x 46" when laminating top and edge profiles
* Maximum material height 2.5 "
* Part Lay-Up work table is composed of 3/8 " cast and ground aluminum with bottom vacuum platens.
* 3HP, 220V, 3PH vacuum pump with speed control
* Approx. 10 Gallon surge tank
* Bulb heating unit is a 48 " x 48 " overhead electrical heating enclosure that slides back and forth over the layup area with a vacuum cycle that switches back and forth also, after the completed cycle.
* Heat Enclosure with black phase infrared heating elements with insulated top, 160-280 degree temperature range.
* Digital Temperature controller with LED readout.
* Timed press cycle with audible alarm
* Average cycle time on 12-mil thick PVC laminate 3-4 minutes. When one section of the press is in a cycle this allows the other side free for cooling and unloading/loading of parts.
Machine can be loaded at no charge.
