This door closer, a new Global Door Controls TC204
(TC200 pictured) is recommended for use on all aluminum store front doors, wood or hollow metal commercial applications. It is a versatile utility closer that provides narrow styling. Installation instructions included.
This closer complies with ADA handicap codes and ANSI/BHMA standard requirements. It will retrofit most full size closers with a 9 1/16 industry standard hole pattern to update any opening for code compliance.
This TC204 closer is designed for a maximum door size of 44" Interior and 36" Exterior with a maximum door weight of 243 lbs.
This closer is comparable to the following:
UL listed compliant UL10C for positive pressure
Two independent valves control sweep and latch closing speeds plus backcheck
