This fryer has two fryers, each with a 50 pound capacity. The open-pot design is easy to clean. The large cold zone catches crumbs and sediment from the frying area. Each fryer operates at 110,000 BTU, which provides for fast recovery times.
The left section of this fryer is a non heated dump station, which allows you to drain items after frying and before plating.
This fryer system also features a grease filter, which makes draining and cleaning the grease less of a chore.
