Honeywell electrode assembly for iid
ELECTRODE ASSEMBLY FOR HONEYWELL ADD ON INTERMITTENT IGNITION DEVICE. This assembly is mounted in place of the thermocouple to light the pilot and sense the pilot flame. The IID it is used with is used to covert standing pilot gas furnaces to spark ignition to improve the furnace's effeciency.It consists of the peice that screws into the thermocouple mount and the electrode assembly which is attached to the the peice that screws into the thermocouple mounting hole.The electrode is a stainless steel rod that is mounted in a porcelain insulator. The rod is bent with 2- 90 degree angles. A high votage cable connects to the bottom of the electrode with a round push on connector. I am a semi retired HVAC contractor who is selling off his remaining inventory.
