2000 Caterpillar 3512 Diesel Generator and Enclosure Van.
Generator was in excellent condition when taken out of service 2-09 with the installation of line power
Service and maintenance history:
Radiator - Disassembled, cleaned cores inside and out, straightened flanges. Reassembled with all new hardware and pressure tested cores and reinstalled.
Replaced fuel transfer pump and seals.
Main generator, rotor and stator removed, cleaned dipped and baked. Replaced PMG and field stator windings. Replaced isolation transformers. Checked and repaired or replaced as necessary all electrical sensors, connectors, etc, while machine was apart.
Replace thrust plates, front and rear crank seals.
Repaired or replace engine heaters.
Replace entire wiring harness from gen set to control panel due to wear.
All repairs were performed by Wagner. Major repairs performed in Wagner's
Switch gear should be cleaned but is fully operational
Trailer brakes are operational with approximately 40% of shoes remaining
Tires are in good condition with approximately 40% tread remaining
Fuel tank is contained in the enclosure, capacity of 1,100 gallons
The generator was load tested at Wagner's shop after the repairs in 07.
