This is a $20K machine and this one has both auto fill and auto drain on it.
Nice used LVO pan and bowl washer!
Can be installed in the floor or used above the floor with an available ramp from LVO.
If you have a high volume food service , bakery, or food manufacturing facility, this will save you $ and time.
Load up a rack, roll em in, and hit the button. Uses chemical cleaners available from any local janitorial supply that auto-feed the right mixture to ensure sanitation is acccurate.
Water tank in the base has sensors that work with chemistry and temperatures.
We have been using one for 5 years and they are durable with few issues. We only had ours serviced twice in 5 years and repairs were minimal.
This is gas operated and has stainless entrance grates for the outside floor. No dents, but needs a good power wash to sparkle again.
Various racks are available to use with the machine. We use one for sheet pans and one for large Hobart bowls.
