There's a little rust on the frame but nothing that will bother the operation of this transformer. It was stored in room that was a bit humid. The box is toast so I tossed it out. The transformers is guaranteed to be working when it arrives or your money back. Taps for 8 and 16 ohms on one side.....C, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 on the other winding.
