This True TSSU-72 3011 sandwich / salad prep refrigerator unit has 3 doors and 6 adjustable, vinyl-coated wire shelves. The True uses an oversized refrigeration system with air flow directed at the pans, to ensure colder temperatures. It holds temperatures between 33 degrees and 41 degrees Fahrenheit. The front, top, and sides of the TSSU-7218 are stainless steel and the back has an aluminum finish. It has a stainless steel, foam- insulated cover to keep pans colder. The interior has NSF-approved, white vinyl- coated aluminum sides and top, coved corners and a stainless steel floor. This True TSSU-7218 has an 11 3/4" wide, full-length, removable cutting board.. It can also accommodate 6" and 8" deep pans. The overall size of the TSSU-7218 is 72 3/8"W x 30 1/8"D x 43"H, and it comes with 5" casters.
