This is a unit of USED FRYMASTER ELECTRIC FLOOR TYPE PASTA COOKER, MODEL 8BCSD (STOCK # 10032).
The unit came to our warehouse some time ago, it has been tested by our technicians and it
is found to be in good working condition. The unit is made of stainless steel and shows normal wear and tear.
The unit has been cleaned and tested, and it is ready to go to work for its new owner.
The unit works with 208V. 3 Phase electric. L1/L2/L3 22Amps. 8.0 KWatts Everything looks good on this unit except it does not come with a basket. I am including the description / specs of the new one for comparison purposes only.

The unit delivers 8kW of power, meaning faster preheat and recovery performance, which saves time and allows the operator to turn pasta orders faster. The system is safeguarded against boil-over by an overflow drain, the large overflow in the industry, which carries away any excess water and starch that might be added to the cookpot.
Another labor-saver and performance feature is a large 1-1/4" drain, which reduces the time needed to drain the system and virtually eliminates the chance of clogs, which is common in pasta cookers with smaller drain openings.
Frymaster's automatic basket lift feature makes it easy to achieve precise cook times without standing over the cooker.
