Popcorn machine 2 oz retro kettle popcorn maker rkp-630
Nostalgia Electrics RKP-630 Retro Kettle Popcorn Maker
Kettle Popcorn Maker 2 oz. kettle for hot oil cooking.
This is an actual hot oil popcorn machine maker. Not a hot air unit. Convenient mid-sized hot oil popper.
This carnival style kettle popcorn machine makes hot, fresh, delicious popcorn just like the movie theaters. It features a large stainless steel kettle with a built in stirring system and pops up to 1 gallon of popcorn per batch. Includes a measuring spoon for oil and measuring cup for popcorn kernels, so every batch pops perfectly. Each batch takes 2 teaspoons of cooking or flavored popcorn oil and 1/4 cup of popcorn kernels. To make popcorn, just turn on the machine and close the door. In just a few minutes, freshly popped corn will begin to burst out of the flip lids on the kettle. At the end of the popping cycle, turn off unit and flip kettle over with the crank handle to empty. With the old-fashioned tabletop popper, popcorn has never tasted so good at home.
* Large 2 oz stainless steel kettle with built in stirring system makes up to 1 gallon of popcorn per batch.

* Perfect for parties & theater rooms.
Choosing the correct oil will be your biggest decision. Oil affects the taste and the nutritional value of your popcorn. Manufacturers love coconut oil because it burns the cleanest, and supposedly tastes the best. If you are health-conscious however, you may want to steer clear of coconut oil and try canola oil (canola oil has a lower fat and cholesterol content). Other oils frequently used are sunflower, peanut and soy. The best plan for choosing oil is to research the nutritional value, then trial and error to determine which tastes best to you. The only oil to avoid is vegetable oil, because it cannot stand the heat of the kettle and tends to burn and smoke up the place and leaving a bit of a burnt taste to the popcorn.
