Silver spangled hamburg chicken hatching eggs 10+

Silver Spangled Hamburgs are petite in size. They are elegant and beautiful.
Their origin goes back hundreds of years.... in both England and Holland they were such "prolific layers" of pure white eggs that a common name for them was "the Dutch Everyday Layer."
Although egg size is medium they are small eaters and cost less to keep than many standard sized breeds. Feed conversion ratio is very good with these active little birds...
Petite but standard in size, mature roosters average 4 lbs. The females will average 3 lbs.
The lustrous greenish black spangles on silvery white plumage give them a gorgeous polka dot look.
With delicate rose combs, white ear lobes and slate blue legs, these are excellent small birds for both pet and exhibition.
Our chickens are young, mature layers...they are very active and healthy.....rooster to hen ratio is 2 to 8 in this coop.
Ours are a lovely line that will make you the envy of your neighbors.
