USED: ESI off line manual dielectric spark plug insulator test machine. Designed to detect structural defects in a spark plug insulator. The tester uses standard ignition coils and special ignition modules and can generate in excess of 32 kv. A defective part will arc through the defect and can be identified by a photo detector.
