Light tan leather with red piping and stitching, the headrest has an embossed prancing horse logo on it. Removed from a 360 track conversion car, this seat is the optional "Daytona" model. Wide seat base with a deep and comfortable back, the ribbed design in the leather keeps cool while sitting all day. The headrest is adjustable in both height and angle. The entire chair tilts back from the base however the rear seat back tilt and lumbar can be set with the connection of the included wall power adapter. The base is an Aston Martin metallic silver with clearcoat. This is a full automotive paint process with an OEM paint (the Ferrari metallic silver is a little plain, the Aston Martin is by far one of the nicest available to a body shop!) We have only like this offered. This was used in an exhibit and is being significantly discounted from it's MSRP of $8,500! Each chair we build is unique, the metal base and frame are actually painted separately for each order with a professional automotive quality paint job in a deep, high gloss metallic paint. ***This is a one time offer for a tradeshow demo piece*** The mechanics of the bases are a Synchro knee-tilter from Global's Ride collection. They are a full metal base and frame with sculpted sport wheels. The smooth synchronous tilting action maintains constant contact and support for your body in all postures. There are sculpted shift levers at the side of the seat to control the synchro tilt mechanism and seat height. The rotating pivot arms are height adjustable. Racechairs come from actual exotic sports cars and racecars. We find late model race conversions and parts cars and acquire the seats from around the world. Once we receive a new seat, it is disassembled, the leather is cleaned and conditioned, the unnecessary hardware is removed and a custom bracket is created to place the seat in the optimal position.
