This is a thing manufactured by E-C appartus Corporation. I assumed it was a power supply, but it has no obvious method of modulating power output. Perhaps it is a specialized meter. But a simple ammeter should not weigh 10 pounds. If you know what this is for please let me know. If you are not satisfied with in any way, send it back for a refund.
