This is a precision timer that can produce timing from about 1 uS to 999.99 Seconds.
It has Start & Stop buttons on the front panel, but it's likely it can be started & stopped by signals connected to the green edge connector on the rear.
Mounts in a 5" X 3.5" panel cutout.

115 VAC, 60 Hz, power cord attached, but it is in poor condition.
It is used & for it's age, in good condition.
I have no way to test this item.
