This is for somekind of process heater. The only information I have is an order tag on the packaging which is in German.
I think the part number and description is SP4-6-1027Z Heizer, heizer means stoker or heater.
Inside diameter is 10-1/2" with an angled lip. The ID at the lip is 9-3/4".
The outer band is insulated and encased.
