The Tektronix 11403A 3 GHz, Color Digitizing Oscilloscope lets you concentrate on the measurement without having to understand the internal operation of an oscilloscope.
Tektronix 11A33 as a differential amplifier, common mode input voltage range is 8 V at 1mV/div. As a comparator, the built-in comparison voltage (Vc) is used to measure the fine structure of very large signals, such as the settling time of a digital-to-analog converter, with unprecedented accuracy and resolution.
Tektronix 11A34 Four Channel Amplifier offers switchable 1 Mohm/50 ohm input impedance, fast overdrive recovery, and wide offset range. Two built-in four-pole bandwidth-limit filters (100MHz and 20MHz) may be activated to reduce unwanted high-frequency noise at 24 dB/octave for each channel. The unit has a 300MHz bandwidth.
Tektronix 11A71 Single Channel Vertical Amplifier provides 1GHz bandwidth when used in the 11403A Digitizing Mainframe. It is a single trace unit, with 10 mV to 1 V/Div calibrated deflection factors, plus or minus 10 Div offset and 50 ohm input impedance.
