The popper pot is made of stainless steel with a convection bottom so when heated, spreads the heat out evenly on the bottom so that 99.9 percent of the popcorn is popped. No more stirring with a paddle, just turn the handle and let the popper do the work. Once the convection bottom is warmed up this machine is fast, popping batch after batch quickly. And the smell is incredible. The popper only weights with bin 110 lbs. This machine will do any size event. Also anyone can operate it. This will be the last popper you will ever have to purchase.
