Hp agilent X532B direct reading x-band frequency meter

HP Agilent X532B Direct Reading X-Band Frequency Meter
Microwave freqency meter with 0.080% accuracy
This Hewlett Packard model X532B is a direct-reading frequency meter that will measure frequencies from 8.20 to 12.4 GHz with 0.080% accuracy. Overall accuracy includes allowance for 0 to 100 percent relative humidity and temperature variation from 13 to 33 C. The long scale and numerous calibration marks provide high resolution (5 MHz increments) which is particularly useful when measuring frequency differences or small frequency changes. Frequency is read directly in GHz so neither interpolation nor charts are required. The X532B has an effective scale length of 77 inches! The insturment comprises a special transmission section with a high-Q resonant cavity which is tuned by a choke plunger. A 1 dB or greater dip in output indicates resonance; virtually full power is transmitted off resonance. There are no spurious modes or resonances. The unit has WR90 cover flanges. I think the photos demonstrate this X532B is in good cosmetic condition. There is a crack on the back that doesn't effect the operation or accuracy. There are no old inventory labels, adhesive residue, or writing. I check the operation a 10 GHz and verified it is working and the calibration was right on, well within the specification.
