This meter is in brand new condition as you can see from the pictures. The plastic peel-off for the screen is still there. I don't have the box or instructions anymore but I do have a nice Fluke case that it's been kept in. There are NO defects with this meter. I only used it a few times. You'll also get the TLK-225 master accessory set which has 6 different sets of leads in it which is also in brand new condition, never been used. All in all you get the Fluke 189 meter, original test leads, TLK-225 kit, and the Fluke case.
