The featured frame is a King Post 20 x 30 cut of pine timbers. It has our signature-curved braces, a 3-foot knee wall, and a lofted area over two 10-foot bays. The remaining 10-foot bay is left open for a cathedral great room area. The usable square footage of this frame is 1000 @ $16.00 per sq. ft. for a price of $16,000.00.
Bay sizes can be adjusted to fit different floor plans.
Prices include erection of the frame on your prepared site!

Ward Timber Frames, located in scenic New Hampshire, is a family owned and operated business. Our frames are cut by a father and son team with over 31 years experience and have been erected in 27 states including California and Alaska. They are handcrafted Mortise and Tenon joinery held together with 1-inch (diameter) oak pegs.
