Logic Analyzer with 250MHz Oscope
This instrument is in excellent operation condition. It has been in use in my lab. Now it's time to cut back on the toys and retire.
The 16500A comes with two cards, a 16550A, which is a 104 channel 250/500MHz logic analyzer, and a 16532A, which is a 1 gigasample digital oscilloscope. It also has a mouse (the touch screen is great, but the mouse is even better). The mouse has an 8' cord, so you can sit a good distance from the LA and still control it.
Also included is an operation manual, programming manual, a big bunch of disks, and 7 connection pods. Six of the pods are complete, one spare pod has a some wires missing (this pods was used a a source for spare wires). There are no grabbers of oscilloscope probes included with the unit.
In the photos the 16550a is being used as both a timing analyzer and a state analyzer. I tried all the channels and all seem to be working fine. In one photo I am using a channel of the 16532A scope to look at the 32MHz clock on the training board. Both scope channels work well. No probes are included, but a normal 250MHz 10:1 probe will work just fine.
