Possibly N.O.S. (new old stock). The black stamping may be faded/worn from age(?); the piece is otherwise in like-new condition. A Chromaflex delivery adapter with fritted disc ledge.
The o-ring is included, fits perfectly in the glass groove, and appears to be a size 214, having an I.D. of ~60mm and a wall-thickness of 3.53mm.
The O.D. at the top of the piece is about 36mm. The overall height of the entire adapter is about 48mm. The fritted disc ledge has an diameter of 22mm. The exit hole right beneath the ledge has a diameter of ~2.75mm.
The luer tip is ~7.5mm long. At the top the O.D. is 4.4mm; at the bottom, O.D. is ~4mm. The I.D. is 1mm. The red piece shown in the photo is it's protective cover.
