Cosmetic flaws These scanners are 100% tested and work great but have some cosmetic flaws including cracks in the case, especially by the side seams and missing small rubber bumpers near the cable. There also may be writing or marks on some of the units. Please note that even though there are some case cracks, the insides of the scanners are not exposed. The third picture gives you an idea of an average unit but each one is different. Many vendors would not bother to point this out but we want to make sure you are happy. These cracks are very common on this workhorse model.
