Neat, small, compact Roll Coater, Winder, Treater, Processor, with two 4-1/2"D polished SS rollers; one at each end of the 1/2HP Dayton Electric Motor that runs the system. The entire system is conveniently mounted on a very heavy duty Aluminum frame with 1/2" thick base and supports and solid 1-1/4" thick x 3" legs the full width of the base. The base is 30-1/2"L x 8"W x 13" H. Each roller includes an insulating core approximately 1/4" thick and 4 tapped holes with 4" C to C on the ends for attaching other equipment. *** Very Nice professional design and machine work. ***
The powerful Dayton Motor is a 4K141B up to 3450 rpm, FR 56, 115/220V with a single enclosed power switch. It has a drive shaft at each end for each of the rollers. These are connected through vibration damping heavy duty thick rubber couplings. The entire system is compact enough toeasily move and / or place on a bench / table.
