These were involved in a trucking accident earlier this year, and we we received them in a big plastic bag with no labels. They are brand new and factory perfect, with a coating of some kind of light oil. We think they may be insert seals for automotive electrical wiring connectors, but that information may be worth exactly what you paid for it. They are very flexible and tough, so they would make nice little grommets for protecting small insulated wires passing through sheet metal. If nothing else, you can run a string through them and make a fashion statement at the machine shop Monday morning.
Outside diameter (large end): .255"
Outside diameter (small end): .212"
Accepts a .094" (3/32") drill without resistance.
Accepts a .187" (3/16"), or possibly larger drill when forced through.
