This paper cutter could use a little cleaning but overall it is in pretty good condition. I hooked it up to some 230V single phase power and I don't know much about this type of machine but it appears to me to function just as it should. When I turn one lever the clamp comes down and when I turn the other two together the blade comes down. I didn't have a stack of paper to test this with but the blade does feel sharp. I don't know what should or shouldn't be with this so please look at the pictures closely. Everything that is included is shown in the pictures.
The serial number on this machine is 7252.
