The power cord is not included in this item. There are some other cosmetic imperfections from use, such as some dents and dings. The door gaskets will need to be replaced. The control panel plastic is peeling some. The oven door glass is discolored and has a "Foggy" appearance. The fan speed control works fine on settings "Off", "1", and "2". The fan speed control switch should be replaced.
