This is a Datapaq 2000 thermal profiler. This is not a Supermole or SlimKIC. It is a Datapaq 2000 thermal profiler. It performs the same function as a Supermole or SlimKIC temperature profiler. KIC, Datapaq, & ECD Supermole are the three companies that make thermal profilers.
This is a used Datapaq 2000 Reflow Tracker temperature profiler or temperature logger. It is in great shape and works perfectly. I just calibrated it also. It travels through your conveyorized reflow, cure, or batch style oven and records the temperature that your product experiences. This data can then be used to adjust your oven parameters and temperature zones to optimize your reflow or cure process. The item works perfectly. It has six K type thermocouple channels. It can measure a temperature range from -150C to 500C or -238F to 932F. The sampling interval is 0.1 seconds to 60 minutes per sample. It has an internal rechargeable battery. The battery takes and holds a charge. The Datapaq 2000, when protected by the TB2001 thermal barrier, will withstand: 200C(13 minutes), 250C(11 minutes), and 280C(9 minutes).
The item comes with 4 brand new thermocouples to get you started. Additional K type thermocouples can be purchased from Omega Engineering. It comes with Reflow Tracker for Windows 4.11 software. Software will work with Windows XP for sure but I have not tested it on Vista or Windows 7. It comes with a battery charger, serial data cable, 4 Thermocouples, software, Datapaq logger, and TB2001 thermal barrier. The item does not come with a manual. However, the software has help menus and the item and software is very easy to use.
