This item is a good used, non-insulated, heated proofer cabinet by Servolift Eastern, a division of Piper Products. A major manufacturer of commercial food service equipment. It is in very good condition and worked well when tested. A few minor cosmetic blemishes from normal use. Equipped with space for 18 trays and a removable heater for easy cleaning and maintenance. Individual controls for moisture and heat with a digital display for temperature, easily accessed on the front of the unit. Also equipped with casters for easy mobility.
