Attn Wang My 7500 steam cleaner is operational and I am pleased with the performance.I had to install a 30 amp circuit and get a compatible plug and extension lead on the machineto suit Australian conditions.The cooling fan does not operate and with heavy use the machine overheats and trips out.It may be the transformer or the fan itself ....I have not attempted to fix it yet....Do you have a suggestion? The cooling fan is for the control panel. Only if the temperature around control panel is 55C, the fan will work. 55C is much higher than our usually feeling.
In case the fan is needed, we can send from China by DHL, which takes 3 working days
our south korean competitor does not even have the fan.
Our machine is much stronger and sturder even though its price is 1/3 to 1/2 of most competitors.
We need to be known as soon as possible.
