(3) Loop Stitch Stitching Heads
This equipment is one of our most recent in-house reconditioning projects along with a 2nd model with a slight variation in its configuration. We are completely replacing both units gathering chains, drive chains, belts, idlers, and pulleys, etc.

Manufacturer- Harris Corporation / Dayton, Ohio.
History of item- This mid to late 70 s machine has been temporarily stored due to downsizing phase of business.
Condition- Used / clean / ran well last used in production (2004-5?) (Currently being reconditioned)
This machine is used for saddle stitching saddle gathered signatures to produce books / booklets / magazines / etc. The basic machine consists of: the stitching unit (along with several stitching heads), 3 knife trimmer and stacker. It has 8 pockets, 1 cover feeder and a hand drop station at the end of the chain / gathering line. There is also a vacuum / blower pump for self contained operations independent of the need for house air. Although the Gassert stacker / counter does require compressed air for it s operations there is also an optional conveyor that can deliver finished product from the trimmer; requiring no compressed air.

(3) Loop stitch stitching heads with extra parts new and used,
(3) Hohner stitch heads with enough extra parts to build upo a 4th,
