The Biro AFMG-48 is a workhorse mixer grinder for the mid-volume meat operation. The standard 7.5 HP motor and size 32 head can provide an output of over 65 Lbs. per minute. You get plenty of productivity without the need for a larger motor. Separate auger and mixer motors (7.5 HP & 1.75 HP) mean no clutch to wear out or break. Your maintenance costs are much lower. Heavy duty roller link chain drive and tapered roller bearings minimize friction while providing the most simple, efficient and low maintenance auger drive with no gear box to replace. Lower maintenance costs equal higher profits! Heavy gauge stainless steel hopper, frame and legs resist corrosion and damage.
