AS A GUIDE 12 SANDBAGS WILL USUALLY SUFFICE FOR A FRONT DOOR OR GATE ENTRANCE. ALSO IMPORTANT TO PLACE FILLED BAGS AROUND THE AIR BRICKS TO PREVENT UNDER-FLOOR FLOODING.
EACH SANDBAG WILL FILL WITH 18 kg OF DRY BUILDERS SAND, AVAILABLE FROM LOCAL MERCHANT.
PRESS THE FILLED SANDBAG INTO THE CAVITY AND FORCE TOGETHER TO FORM A BARRIER. THE SAND WILL EXPAND IN THE BAG TO FORM A REASONABLE SEAL.
